- a telephone number or WhatsApp contact voluntarily provided
- technical connection data such as IP address, time of access, browser and device information where processed by hosting or security services
3. Hosting and server logs
When you access the website, the hosting provider may process technically necessary connection and log data to provide the website securely, reliably and without technical errors. The legal basis is GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website.
4. Contact form and email communication
If you contact us through the contact form or by email, we process the information you provide in order to handle your enquiry and communicate with you. The theme sends the enquiry by email and does not additionally store the enquiry content in WordPress as a contact-form record.
The legal basis is GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) where the enquiry relates to pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract. General business enquiries are processed under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in handling business communications.
5. Retention period
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose. Enquiries are deleted once they have been fully handled unless statutory retention obligations or other legitimate reasons require longer storage. Contractual, accounting and tax-related records may be retained for longer in accordance with applicable statutory periods.
6. Recipients and service providers
We do not sell personal data. Where necessary to operate the website or deal with your enquiry, data may be made available to hosting, email, IT or other technical service providers. Data is disclosed to public authorities only where required by law.
7. Cookies and consent management
Technically necessary cookies may be used where required for the operation and security of the website. Analytics, statistics or other non-essential technologies are activated only after prior consent where such consent is required. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

If Google Analytics is enabled on this website, we use the web analytics service Google Analytics provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google states that IP addresses from users in the EU are discarded before they are logged or stored in Analytics.
Where consent is required for Google Analytics, the service is activated only after your prior consent. The legal basis is then GDPR Art. 6(1)(a). Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. The exact scope of processing depends on the Analytics configuration and Google features that are enabled.

If reCAPTCHA is deployed in a technically essential security configuration, the specific legal basis must be assessed against the actual implementation.
10. Transfers to third countries
When services from international providers such as Google are used, processing or transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area cannot be ruled out.
